Managing all necessary Church of England permissions for alterations and repairs to Church buildings, grounds and any other areas dedicated to sacred use by the Church.

Regular inspections of:-

• Graveyard and Church boundary walls.
• Hedges, trees and grass cutting including creation of schedules for cutting and ensuring no damage of Gravestones.
• Church internal and external structure especially roof and guttering.

Gravestone inspection - visual inspections on a 6 monthly basis - any gravestones found to be in a maintenance condition will be reported to the Church Warden.  We have contact with (NAMM) National Association of Memorial Masons who will assess the gravestones and carry out rectification work within their code of practice.

Comprehensive assessments of Quinquennial Surveys conducted to ensure all recommendations are reviewed and acted upon. Any newly identified issues since the last survey are addressed, with maintenance scheduled accordingly. Follow-ups on previous recommendations are organised to ensure ongoing compliance and preservation. Future maintenance plans are put in place, along with structured schedules for all utilities to ensure proper upkeep throughout the year." 

• Net Zero Carbon 2030 - working closely with the local Diocese Net Zero Carbon Project Officer to make every effort to comply with their advisories in relation to making your Church more carbon neutral.
• Compilation of Energy Audits to comply with local Diocese Pathway to Net Zero.
• Review present energy sources (electric, gas, oil, solar) in regards to future upgrades to a more carbon friendly option and the potential associated grants available.

• Supplier search and scheduling services for (but not restricted to) maintenance of boilers, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and inspection and test of lightening protection system.
